A new partner of Rhenus Svoris in Germany
Rhenus Svoris, in a regular development of its activity and in a view to satisfy the demands and expectations of the customers, from december, 2007 starts co-operation with Rhenus HAMANN International GmbH, a company of Rhenus Group in Germany. This company start transport shipments
from 1982.
The Logistics Centre of HAMANN International GmbH is centrally located in the Port of Hamburg, in the district of Altenwerder. Location benefits – direct connection to: seaport, railway system, motorways.
On an area of 40,000 sqm, a large office and administration building of 2,300 sqm, a transit terminal of 4,500 sqm, as well as a logistics terminal of 11,500 sqm were constructed. The loading and unloading of the trucks is carried out at a total of 60 docking gates with special ramps for low loaders, jumbo trucks, and heavy lift goods. Furthermore, the new facility has a railway siding as well as a separate hazardous material storage with 500 pallet spaces. The entire area is under video surveillance.
